Choose around the place you actually work.

St. Anthony’s Hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital are different destinations. Check your department or reporting location against the hospital’s current directions, then ask us for the exact home location before evaluating your commute.

Our property maps show approximate areas. We do not promise a commute time or that one home is the best choice for every facility. If you work at multiple sites, include the areas you need to reach.

Look beyond the guest count.

For a shared assignment, compare bedrooms and the actual listed beds. A home’s maximum guest count does not mean that many separate beds. Round Lake Retreat lists a king and queen bed; other homes may include an additional bed or convertible couch. Confirm the arrangement before sharing a home with a colleague.

Laundry may be in-unit or shared, and parking may be on-street, assigned or off-street. If you sleep during the day, ask about the specific home’s light, layout and surroundings. Confirm light-control and noise concerns for the specific home before committing.

For agencies, locum placements and clinical rotations.

A staffing coordinator can inquire for a nurse, allied health professional or locum clinician. Include the assignment dates, number of people, workplace area, monthly accommodation budget and any separate-bedroom requirement. Identify who will arrange the booking so we can discuss the next step.

Students and clinicians on rotations can also compare these homes for month-long or longer placements. These are furnished home rentals, not advertised room-by-room accommodation. Confirm any agency paperwork, payment arrangements or shorter placement needs with us; they are not included by default.

Before you choose.

Can I bring a pet on my assignment?

Pets are allowed in the furnished collection, subject to confirmation of suitability and any restrictions. Share the number, type and size. A one-time pet fee and the cleaning fee are additional to accommodation.

Do you guarantee daytime quiet or a short hospital commute?

No. We can help you check the individual home’s location and relevant details before booking. Please tell us what you need for your shift, without sending medical or sensitive personal information.

What if my assignment is extended?

Contact us before the current end date. An extension depends on availability and agreed terms; your initial inquiry does not hold later dates.

Tell us your dates. We’ll help with the next step.

Send the full assignment dates, guests, budget and pets. Add your workplace area and any separate-bed or parking requirements; no patient or medical information is needed.

We will respond within 24 hours with availability and a complete quote, or discuss alternatives. Sending an inquiry takes no payment, holds no dates and does not confirm a reservation.
