Information we handle

We may collect information that you provide, such as your name, contact details, stay inquiry, business correspondence, and records needed to respond to a request or operate a property.

Our website and service providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and page activity for security and reliable operation.

QuickBooks and financial information

When an authorized Aure Via operator connects a QuickBooks Online company, our private financial-operations integration may access the accounting information needed for the requested work. This can include company information, the chart of accounts, classes, customers, vendors, bills, purchases, payments recorded in the ledger, attachments, and financial reports.

The integration uses the QuickBooks Online Accounting permission. It does not request the QuickBooks Payments API. QuickBooks information may be processed by owner-authorized automation and AI tools solely to perform requested bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, review, and financial-operations tasks.

How we use information

• Provide lodging, property-management, and customer-support services.
• Operate accounting, accounts-payable, reporting, reconciliation, and internal-control workflows.
• Protect our systems, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain records.
• Meet contractual, accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or QuickBooks information, and we do not use QuickBooks information for advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the website, communicate, secure systems, process authorized accounting work, or provide the connected service. Those providers receive information only for the work they perform for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Storage, retention, and security

QuickBooks OAuth credentials are kept in a restricted, owner-controlled environment and are not published on this website. We retain credentials only while the connection is authorized. Accounting records, exports, and evidence may be retained for the periods required for business, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access restriction and encrypted provider connections. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

An authorized QuickBooks administrator may disconnect the integration from QuickBooks Online’s connected-app settings. A disconnect revokes future API access; records that must be retained for accounting, tax, security, or legal purposes may remain subject to applicable requirements.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request by emailing alex@aureviapropertygroup.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law or a legitimate recordkeeping obligation permits.

Children and policy changes

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our operations or legal obligations change and will post the revised effective date here.
